We require all of our office staff, caregivers, and management to fully familiarize themselves with the rights of our clients, and conduct and carry themselves at all times in a manner consistent with these rights. In addition, all agency staff and independent contractors involved in the delivery of client services shall attend periodic in-service training sessions so they will remain at the forefront of qualified and educated providers.
